Europes largest street festival. Celebrates Caribbean culture in London. Steel bands, calypso, and soca music fill the streets. Jerk chicken and rum punch are the foods of choice. Started in 1966 as a way to unite the community after race riots. The Sunday is childrens day with family activities.
