About La Tomatina

The worlds largest tomato fight. About 150,000 tomatoes (over 40 metric tons) are thrown. Lasts exactly one hour. Started in 1945, possibly from a food fight between friends. Participants must squash tomatoes before throwing to avoid injuries. Tickets are limited to 20,000 since 2013.
